Parenting does not come with a roadmap
Parenting isn’t a skill you can learn from a TikTok video. My work focuses on helping you become the parent you want to be through:
Values-driven guidance – We explore the kind of parent you aspire to be and align strategies with your core values.
Practical tools – Evidence-based behavioral strategies, often called behavioral parent training, to address real-life challenges.
Stronger connections – Improving your relationship with your child for a more positive and supportive family dynamic.
Consistency —Kids need a balance of consistent parenting and boundaries to help them grow

Potty Training
I help parents with behavioral potty-training tips. There is no “one-size fits all” approach for potty training. We first work on ruling out developmental concerns, behaviors, or fears that are interfering with potty training.
-
Developmental Concerns
Many parents may not know what to do if they notice their child not meeting developmental milestones. We know that early intervention is most critical in early years. Common concerns include behavior, speech, and social skills.
-
Tantrums
All toddlers have tantrums but some may need a special set of parenting tools using behavioral parent training or behavioral therapy. This type of therapy works with parents to help them set limits, increase positive time with children, and increase structure that helps with behavior. This therapy is not easy, but it works.
